Learn how to make and fry your own vegetable egg rolls in under five minutes! This quick and easy dish is packed with flavor and perfect as an appetizer or a main course. You’ll get hands-on experience cooking your own egg rolls—then take some home to enjoy later. All ingredients are provided; just bring a small bottle of oil for frying.

Instructor Kmwe Win's Bio:
I cook in my daily life and would like to share this passion with others. I would like to teach the community about Karen traditional foods. The Karen Community always hold special events at my church and I am one of the cooks, cooking for 100+ people. I love to cook and I love to eat. Cooking is my passion!
